We offer our customers our convenient Privilege Plus Package*, with valuable benefits which can be tailored to meet their individual needs.

What is the Privilege Plus package*?

The Privilege Plus Package* has lots of great benefits to provide convenience and reliability, keep you warm and help you pay your domestic heating oil bills.

Our package includes:

  • Vat paid on all your deliveries of heating oil.
  • Emergency Boiler Breakdown Cover – valuable assistance to restore your heating or hot water in an emergency with the minimum of fuss. It covers two calls outs within each 12 month period of membership, helping you to avoid costly repair bills and the inconvenience of being without your heating or hot water. All our engineers are OFTEC registered and work to our high customer service ethos.
  • Premium Heating Oil – specially formulated and proven to optimise the performance of your boiler
  • An Automatic Refill Service – providing convenience and peace of mind that your deliveries will be prioritised and you won’t run out of heating oil. Our pre-notification of delivery service can give you advanced notification of your forthcoming deliveries by a choice of methods.
  • Easy Direct Debit payments to either spread the cost of your fuel with monthly payments within your credit limit, or a variable option to pay each bill in full.
  • On-line access so you can manage your account, anytime, anywhere.
  • Your own dedicated account manager.
  • Energy savings advice to help you reduce your bills – little changes can make a big difference.

We also have our emergency four – wheel drive Ford Ranger on constant standby to make emergency heating oil deliveries.
