As the invasion of Ukraine continues and the devastating events keep unfolding, this is a very worrying time for all. As has been widely reported in the media, there are very real impacts being felt around the world, and concerns surrounding the supply of essential goods.

As always, we continue to work hard to deliver fuel to homes, farms and businesses as quickly and efficiently as possible, and guarantee continuity of supply.

We would like to respectfully ask you to help us by adhering to your normal delivery pattern by ordering fuel and topping up your tank only when needed, rather than stock-piling your heating oil. This will help us to plan and manage orders as efficiently as possible and to prioritise those customers who are indeed getting low and need a delivery, along with those that are elderly and vulnerable.

How much notice do I need to give if I require a delivery of heating oil?

Our usual lead time for delivery is 5 working days. However, when we experience extremely high levels of demand, we do, on occasion, increase our lead times, although priority will always be given to our Premium Package customers and the elderly and vulnerable. Our customer service team will be happy to advise on current lead times, but generally the more notice you can give us, the better.

How do I order my heating oil?

How much heating oil should I order?

The minimum we can deliver is 500 litres.
