Your meter could be located inside or outside of your home. Outside meters are normally encased in plastic boxes. If you are new to the property it's always worth finding out where yours is. Our meter readings are taken from each property and customers are then invoiced based on accurate meter readings.
The LPG storage tanks are the property and therefore responsibility of Northern Energy. We will make sure your communal LPG tanks never run out.
