Boiler Servicing

Boiler Maintenance

All our engineers are fully qualified and registered with OFTEC. They are checked and approved by us before they can be contracted to work for us, saving you the hassle of finding someone you can rely on and trust.

Service Includes:

  • Stripping down and cleaning the boiler heat exchanger
  • Cleaning the oil burner
  • Inspecting for wear and tear – preventing costly breakdowns
  • Renewing the nozzle and filter if needed
  • Re-assembly and testing to OFTEC requirements

The annual boiler service covers the total cost of the annual service on

  • A boiler up to 125,000 BTU’s – average domestic boiler
  • A boiler over 125,000 BTU’s – larger or commercial boiler
  • An aga or converted rayburn
  • A combi boiler

The boiler service does not cover any other parts that need replacing. Any additional work required due to a faulty part can be carried out at the same time, where possible, and only when the additional cost has been agreed with yourself.

Direct debit*
If you pay for your fuel by direct debit, you can also pay for your boiler servicing by the same method. If you pay by monthly direct debit for your fuel, you can pay monthly for your boiler service too!

Cheque
An annual payment to cover the full cost of the service.

Debit/credit card**
An annual payment to cover the full cost of the service.
