Having an annual boiler service makes sense – It can reduce your running costs by up to 10% per annum and prevent expensive repairs.

Boilers are a vital part of our home, and if the worst happens and your boiler breaks down, it can often be inconvenient and costly. We offer a service that will help to reduce the chance of a breakdown, and increase boiler efficiency – having your boiler serviced can reduce your running costs and make a real difference to your annual fuel consumption.

We save you the hassle of trying to find someone you can trust and rely on by checking and approving all of our engineers prior to them being contracted to work for us.

All our engineers are fully qualified and registered with Gas Safe, the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, and will service your boiler, making it more efficient and helping to prevent expensive and inconvenient breakdowns.

You will receive a Service Safety Certificate upon completion of the service in compliance with Building, Health and Safety and Landlords regulatory requirements.

Our boiler service includes:

  • Visual check of the LPG tank
  • Check of the supply line to the tank
  • Check of the air supply – combustion and ventilation
  • Check of the chimney/flue
  • Electrical safety check
  • Heat exchange check – boilers, fires and warm air units
  • Combustion chambers check
  • Firing mechanism check
  • Appliance safety control check
  • Cleaning the burner
  • Inspection for wear and tear – preventing costly breakdowns
  • Re-assembly and testing to GAS SAFE requirements

Any other parts of the boiler that may need replacing are not covered. Additional work that is needed due to a faulty part can be carried out at the same time, where possible. This will only be done when the additional cost has been approved by yourself.

The annual boiler service package covers the total cost of the annual service on:

  • A boiler up to 125,000 BTU’s – average domestic boiler
  • A boiler over 125,000 BTU’s – larger or commercial boiler
  • An Aga or converted Rayburn
  • A Combi boiler
