Emergencies:

Emergencies are rare, but if an emergency does occur, it’s important to know how to respond so you can act quickly and safely. Your personal welfare must always come first – only take any recommended action if it is safe to do so. If in doubt, contact the emergency services.

Gas Emergencies:

If you detect a gas leak or you have completely run out of LPG, please call our out of hours emergency hot line on 07712 773230.

Oil Emergencies:

If you detect an oil leak, or you have completely run out of oil and are a Northern Energy top up customer, please call our out of hours emergency hot line on 07712 773230.

Boiler Breakdown:

For oil and LPG Privilege Plus customers, if your boiler has broken down, please refer to your Breakdown Terms and Conditions which will have contact details for your designated engineer, and contact them directly.

Remember, prevention is better than cure – our annual boiler service package includes important safety checks of your boiler, tank and system and is carried out by a fully qualified GAS SAFE or OFTEC engineer.
