Like our LPG package* which we’ve created for our loyal customers across County Durham. First and foremost, it saves you money by getting the VAT paid on all your LPG deliveries. As well as this it cuts down on your paperwork as well as ours, which in turn saves us money and we pass these savings onto you.

You can also look forward to receiving automatic refills. These give you peace of mind that you’ll never run out of LPG, especially over winter, which is when you need it the most. Plus, our automatic refill service allows us to group deliveries with other customers in your area. This cuts down on how many trips our vehicles have to make and so allows us to be more efficient, reducing emissions from our tankers and making your fuel greener. And not only that, we'll also offset the CO2 emissions from your fuel every time we fill your tank, making it easy for you to carbon offset off-grid.

Our LPG package also gives you the freedom to choose how you pay for your LPG. You can simply pay for each delivery in full by variable direct debit and we’ll collect what’s owed for each delivery from your bank account or you can pay by monthly interest-free instalments within a set credit limit so you know exactly how much you’re paying every month to help you budget throughout the year.

As well as all this you’ll also receive emergency boiler breakdown cover. So, if you do have an emergency and your boiler goes on the blink, expert help is just a call away. Which removes all the hassle of trying to find a qualified heating engineer you can trust. Our boiler breakdown cover allows you two emergency callouts within a 12 month period of membership of the scheme, with a maximum of £250 for the first visit and £190 for the second one including all VAT, parts, labour and callout fees.
