A Critical Moment
A few years after joining us, Mrs Brook discovered a gas leak from her LPG tank on a weekend. She immediately called our emergency number, and our team guided her through switching off the gas safely, before sending out an engineer.
As Mrs Brook recalls:
‘I was talked through turning off the gas, and an engineer was sent out to fix the issue. I was very pleased with the prompt response.’
