  1. This offer is exclusive to new domestic Northern Energy Premium Package customers only, i.e. if you have signed up to the Package on or after 1st June 2024. If you signed up for the Premium Package for the domestic supply of your heating oil before 1st June 2024, you will not qualify for this offer.
  2. To qualify for this offer, you must have signed and returned the Northern Energy Automatic Refilling Service Agreement after signing up for the Premium Package on or after 1st June 2024. The automatic refilling service means that your tank will be filled at intervals in accordance with your usage.
  3. To qualify for the offer, you must use a minimum of 1,600 litres of heating oil per annum.
  4. This offer provides a £50 credit to your account against your first delivery made under our Automatic Refilling Service. The Automatic Refilling Service will come into effect once your delivery pattern has been established (usually, but not exclusively, approx. 1 year after you signed up to the Premium Package), as agreed on your commencement of the package.
  5. The offer is not transferable, and there is no cash or any other alternative available.
  6. If you cancel your direct debit, your automatic refilling service, or both, prior to claiming your £50 credit, there will be no refund of unused values, nor can they be attributed to any other transactions.
  7. Delivery of the heating oil must be made to your domestic property which must be located within the existing Northern Energy delivery area, and to a suitable and functioning heating oil tank.
  8. The voucher can’t be used in combination with any other offer that Northern Energy may run from time to time and can only be used once.
  9. The heating oil delivery to which the £50 credit is applied shall be supplied at a price in line with Northern Energy’s current market rate at the time of the delivery, and with regard to the place the heating oil is to be delivered to.

  11. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or temporarily suspend this offer at any time at the discretion of the Company.
