The Cold Weather Priority Scheme was introduced by UKIFDA, (UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association).
It costs nothing to join the Northern Energy Cold Weather Priority scheme. To qualify, you need to have one or more residents at your address aged 75 or over.
The scheme works to identify those most at risk and most vulnerable to cold conditions, so deliveries can be prioritised to these customers,
By signing up to the scheme it means we will take appropriate steps to ensure you will receive priority LPG refills in cold weather and during fuel shortages, dependent on your needs.
