Don’t panic if you run out of heating oil. If we have a tanker in the area, we will do our very best to get to you the same day. If we don’t, we’ll pull out all the stops and get to you within a couple of days. Also, we do have a small 4 x 4 delivery vehicle for emergency use in certain depots.
However, if you join our Premium Package*, you'll receive automatic refills which takes away the worry of running out. And if you do, for instance because you've used more domestic heating oil than usual, you'll always be treated as a priority and we'll do everything we can to get to you the very same day to top up your heating oil tank!
