As part of Northern Energy’s continued commitment to provide a high level of customer service to all of our Commercial Customers, we have had a little re think and I would like to update you…

I’ve been with Northern Energy for just over 16 years and in this time, like you, I have seen many changes within the market place. We’ve seen the likes of many ‘road representatives’ disappear, many independent suppliers have been bought out, the cost of oil increase and operational costs grow, for all of us. With these changes, over this time period, I know I have been lucky to hold onto many good, loyal customers but along the way I have also lost some as prices became the main drive over service as suppliers fought hard for business.

As an independent family-run and owned business, established in 1932, we thought it was time to go back to our roots. We want to get back on the road and visit you, we want to ensure that our price remains competitive and you can count on Northern Energy to continue to go above and beyond delivering the high level of service your company deserves and make emergency deliveries when required.

My colleague, Nicky, who has worked alongside me now for a couple of years is going to be your Commercial Account Manager. Her plan is to get out and visit as many customers as possible and be your main point of contact in and out of the office.

We have been very impressed with the service received from Northern Energy. The team are always very friendly and always willing to help in any which way they can. If we are cancelling a delivery there are never any questions asked. Recently we had a new oil tank fitted and the oil was delivered within two days of being ordered (we had allowed up to 5 days).
