We like to make things as easy as possible for our customers, so we have various ways you can pay your bill.

Direct debit*

Make paying for your LPG easier with direct debit payments. Either pay for each delivery in full by variable direct debit and we will simply collect the amount owed for your delivery from your bank account, or alternatively choose interest free monthly payments. Paying by direct debit helps the environment by reducing paperwork, and at the same time you will benefit from our Automatic Refilling Service and Emergency Boiler Breakdown Cover.

Paying by direct debit is one of the safest and most efficient ways of paying your bills – the Direct Debit Guarantee protects both you and your money!

The benefits to you

  • An Emergency Boiler Breakdown Cover is included
  • Save on writing out cheques, postal costs and costs of envelopes, and therefore help to save our environment
  • Never be subject to the 10 pence per litre surcharge for late payments on those forgotten bills

Debit Card

If you wish to pay for your LPG by debit card, please call our accounts department on 01423 770 170 and we will be happy to take your payment. There is no charge for debit cards.

Cheque

Please ensure your account number is written on the back of your cheque.
