What is LPG?

Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a by-product of crude oil that has been refined. Under modest pressure, the gas becomes liquid.

Do I need to be at home when you deliver my LPG?

As long as we can gain access to your tank, you don’t have to be in. If you need notification prior to a delivery, please advise us so we can ensure we always contact you the day before your delivery is scheduled. Notification can be by a choice of methods, i.e. e-mail, SMS text message or phone call, whichever is most suitable for your individual requirements.

Will your tankers be able to deliver to my home?

We always take into consideration our customers’ location and needs. Our tankers are maneuverable around most properties.

How far do the hoses reach?

The hoses can reach up to a whopping 38 metres, dependent on the individual vehicle.

How much notice is needed for delivery?

We usually need up to four working days so we can process your order and deliver your LPG within our scheduled deliveries, allowing us to plan multiple deliveries within an area to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing miles. However, if you require your delivery on a specific date, or your level reaches 20%, call our team and we will try our very best to meet your requirements.

How can I pay for my fuel?

Make paying for your LPG easy with convenient direct debit payments. Pay for each delivery in full by variable direct debit and we will simply collect the amount owed for your delivery from your bank account. A monthly interest-free direct debit is also available.

I’ve just moved into a property which uses LPG and I have no experience of this. How do I know how much LPG I will use and how much it will cost me to run it?

All you need to do is get in touch and let us know the size and approximate age of your home and we will be able to estimate your annual usage.

Do you service boilers?

We offer a boiler service scheme. A fully qualified GAS SAFE registered engineer will check your boiler, so you can be sure that you are in safe hands.
