As an independent, family-run domestic LPG supplier, our priority is to look after you, our customer. We think that this means more than just delivering your fuel, and we take a range of measures to make sure you get the best out of your LPG. You can depend on us to deliver an excellent service all year round which is reliable, friendly and good value.

All our customers are offered our convenient Privilege Plus Package*, which can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

What is the Privilege Plus Package?

There are many benefits to being on our Privilege Plus Package* which helps to keep you warm and ease the costs of paying your heating bills.

  • We will pay the VAT on all your fuel deliveries. No one likes to be given one price, only to realise the actual cost will be more. With our Privilege Plus Package, we will take care of the VAT for you, so that you pay the original price and nothing more.
  • Convenient Direct Debit payments make paying for your LPG easier and your bills manageable. Paying bills shouldn’t be a hassle. We offer convenient direct debit payments that save on paperwork, and mean you don’t have to take any action to pay your bill each month. We can also spread the cost of your fuel with monthly interest free payments within your credit limit, so keeping your house warm is a stress-free experience.
  • On-line access is available – manage your account anytime, anywhere.
  • We will guarantee to supply you all year round with our Automatic Refilling Service. You probably have enough to worry about without having to keep checking your LPG tank.
  • Have peace of mind, and no interruptions to your comfort on cold winter nights, with our automatic refilling service.
  • We include Emergency Boiler Breakdown Cover for peace of mind. As a domestic LPG supplier, we know that suddenly having no heating in your home during the colder months is an emergency. Our GAS SAFE registered engineers will come to you if your boiler breaks down, and we’ll cover up to the value of £250 for the first call out, and £190 for the second with each 12 month membership period.
  • We offer advice on how to save energy to reduce your bills. We believe that a domestic LPG supplier should share its knowledge with customers. We will help you look after the environment, as well as your wallet, by offering information about using less energy on heating.
  • Free Energy Efficiency Check and Government Grant Assistance. Our scheme is approved by the Pension Service. We will ensure you are getting everything you are entitled to.
