Payment Options

The Bill!

Unfortunately we all have to pay our bills and we are no exception! However we offer a range of payment options with something to suit everyone in an effort to make it as simple as possible for our customers.

Direct debit*

Make paying for your LPG easier with direct debit payments - pay for each delivery in full by variable direct debit. We will collect the amount owed for your delivery from your bank account on the 10th of the month following the month of delivery. Paying by direct debit helps the environment by reducing paperwork, and at the same time you benefit from our Free Automatic Refill Service and Free Emergency Breakdown Cover.

Simple direct debit payments mean you’ll never be subject to the 10 pence per litre surcharge for late payments on those forgotten bills
A Free Automatic Refilling Service, which offers you peace of mind
A Free Emergency Breakdown Cover on your heating system and boiler is included
Save on writing out cheques, postal costs, and costs of envelopes, and therefore help to save our environment
Our special package The Privilege Plus Package, where we pay VAT on fuel deliveries.
A Boiler Servicing Package can be paid for by direct debit - having your boiler serviced annually can reduce your fuel consumption by up to 10% a year.

Debit/credit card

Please call our accounts department on 01423 770170 to make your payment. A 2.5% charge is made for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit cards.

Cheque

Please ensure your Northern LPG Supplies number is written on the back of your cheque, and don't forget to deduct the 10p per litre surcharge shown on your invoice (which only applies to payment not made within our credit terms).
