Gas deliveries to your tank

When the tanker driver delivers your LP Gas, he must be able to keep both the tank and his vehicle under observation at the same time so that he can stop the flow as your tank gauge reaches 85% - this represents a full tank of gas. He will stand near your tank during delivery, but must have an unobstructed view of his vehicle for safety reasons. If you intend making changes to your property once the tank is installed, please speak to our team to make sure it will not hinder deliveries, as this could make the tank site illegal and unsafe.

Deliveries will be made either on-demand, (we require a minimum of 4 working days notice), or by our Automatic Refill Service. Regularly check the contents of your tank and inform us if the reading goes below 25%
